Exchange Procedures

For shipping your items back for exchange or return, Simply give us us a call & follow these steps:

To exchange your item, please fill out the Exchange Request Form that came with your shipment. If you owe any additional money, include a check or money order made out to “Reliable Mart Ltd” with your request. Alternatively, you can ask us to charge the credit card we have on file. We will refund any remaining balance to your original payment method after processing your exchange.

Use the original shipping box to pack your eligible product along with the original invoice receipt inside. Seal the box securely with tape.

Eligibility

You can return or exchange eligible products at any time. To return an item, it must be in its original condition and packaging, and you must include a copy of the original invoice. Please return items within the allowed timeframe. Items can't be worn, altered, washed, chemically treated, or have tags removed. We will not accept items that smell like cigarette smoke or perfume. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for us to process your return. You can return any eligible product if it is postmarked within 60 days of the ship date on the invoice. Items that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to you at your cost, and you won't receive a refund or exchange.
